Every week, we have to come up with six good deeds and report them during meetings. Whether we've actually done them or not, we have to somehow scrape together six—what is the point of this disguised exercise? We also have to share a report that helps the company grow, in whatever format. Two-thirds of each meeting is spent discussing good deeds, and only the remaining third is devoted to actual work. Are we here to work or...?
The company has three different sets of standards, and you have to read the situation yourself to figure out whose standards to follow. There is also someone at the company who seems to be owed several million by someone else and wears a sour face all day long. They act like an old-timer, don't know how to communicate properly, and don't train newcomers—they only scold them, leaving them to fend for themselves. There was even a colleague who left crying on their last day of work; who knows how much unfair treatment they had endured.
In short, if you're thinking of joining this company, think twice, then think twice again, and finally think it over one more time. The compensation isn't very good, yet there is a lot of work, and it's tedious.
