He looked like he had just woken up, acted very superior, and spoke in a highly sarcastic manner.
Interview experience (poor)
Three big bosses (treasures), two of whom are men. Neither of them takes a stance on decisions, but they angrily criticize others after meetings.
They make employees take the blame, set departments against each other, and pay raises are basically negligible.
When there is a problem, no matter what, you have to solve it yourself; if you cannot solve it, they find someone to replace you.
The only benefit is that you can leave work on time.
There is no consensus or accountability among upper management. It is hopeless.
The environment is good, and the boss is usually not at the office in the afternoon, so those who want to slack off can slack off~
This is a family business that turns into a civil-servant-style workplace after the three-month probation period. If you want to coast until retirement, make sure to seize the opportunity to negotiate a salary increase during those three months :)
The marketing and sales departments don't get along and often make things difficult for each other >^<
There are two old hands in sales who speak in a very domineering manner, so you need to be more patient when communicating details with them; there are also two old hands in marketing who are better at slacking off and taking breaks, and some people even go out to buy groceries during work hours, hehe.......

Overall, there aren't many benefits, and compared with other aesthetic-medicine companies, this place isn't any better. Other than sales engineers, no one gets bonuses~
The benefits for the three major holidays are department-store gift vouchers, which may be a bit useless for young people.......
The one thing that should be better than other aesthetic-medicine companies is probably the office environment~
It's a new building built by a wealthy father, who directly gave his daughter an entire floor to use as an office. But don't assume it's easy to get expenses reimbursed here—even a company that's unwilling to buy a trash can or stationery has no reason to be expected to provide good equipment or supplies ==#
