There is a group meal every month
The supervisor often argues and confronts others in the office, making a very poor impression on people nearby who overhear it.
There are a bunch of unimportant procedures. Procedures should be optimized, not piled up to the point where they hinder people from getting things done.
The supervisor never reflects on themselves. During the interview, they said, “The company gives you eight hours; is it right for you to spend two hours learning?”
They do not look for answers on their own. They only ask the supervisor after they have looked for an answer and still cannot solve the problem, yet they use this as a reason to say that your work is below expectations.
They also use verbal threats: “Should I tell the boss that you’re really not okay?” Is this workplace bullying? It seems more like emotional blackmail.
They do not understand how to lead people or win their hearts as a supervisor. No wonder the people under them quit after only a day or two.
