Compared with the review below, the environment has changed just a tiny bit.
But I guarantee that everything I’m saying is the truth.
There’s a lot of work and always something to do, so time seems to pass very quickly.
There are cute dogs.
Most of the office staff are actually really nice.
Although the overtime pay really isn’t much, you do get paid if you report it.
1. The proportion of employees who smoke is genuinely quite high. Although there are designated no-smoking areas, if you really hate the smell of smoke, you should think twice.
2. Some employees’ behavior is relatively direct. If you’re uncomfortable around straight men, I don’t think this workplace is particularly suitable for you....
3. Regarding deductions from pay based on the sale price, I think they are reasonable in some cases: if a client refuses to bear a cost and it is passed on to the staff member responsible for handling the matter, and that staff member truly made a mistake, then the two parties can discuss and agree on it. However, I cannot accept costs that cannot be classified as the person involved’s fault being forcibly passed on to the staff member who handled the printing before the facts have been clarified. I believe the company should proactively explain the matter to the employee whose pay is being deducted. If the employee has questions, they should not be required to report the matter to a supervisor on their own. The reason is simple: since the company believes that deducting my pay is justified, I don’t think there is any need to appeal to higher management. I suggest that, before making any pay deductions in the future, your company should notify and explain the matter in advance, and have employees sign a consent form for the deduction if they agree to it. Otherwise, if there is no mutual understanding, isn’t it contradictory to say on the surface that this is our hard-earned money and that you don’t want to deduct it, while still requiring the staff member to fight on their own not to have money deducted?
4. I suggest that the actual selling price of products sent to external vendors for printing should always be quoted by the accounting department. If the price quoted to the client is incorrect, the accounting department should explain it to the client directly. The printing side is not only responsible for the design and constantly negotiating prices with vendors, but also has to quote the price to the client. In reality, however, office staff have no actual authority to set prices. If any mistake occurs, having the deduction imposed on an employee who was not involved in any flow of money is truly unreasonable.
5. Over the past few months, the company has gradually established some rules that are more positive. I believe this is the result of everyone’s joint efforts. So it’s not as though there are no good aspects. I think having a fixed submission time is a good practice, and I hope more positive measures like this can gradually be added.
6. I was actually quite surprised that no one asked me why I was leaving. I submitted my resignation, and then my salary was calculated through that day without anyone asking the reason. However, the internal regulations posted on the wall state that employees must report their resignation one month in advance. Should the regulations on the wall be updated?
Finally, everything I have said is the truth, and contains absolutely no ill intent.
I do not accept any action taken by the employer on the grounds of demanding that I withdraw these words.
If telling the truth is not even permitted on this website, then that would be truly bleak.
