管理單位不會管理 只有單向要求
對產品 市場 客戶 都不是很懂 但裝懂
業務主管對內對外 使用假名字 超怪的
小氣 連衛生紙都沒有供應
僅有一間廁所
小心眼
業務外出僅能搭大眾捷運
千錯萬錯都是別人的錯
流動率超高 新人教新人
要求假日工作 無加班費
沒人管
對這家公司沒有甚麼憤怒怨恨
只是覺得這家公司真的太多奇怪的地方
1. 沒有辦公位置！
到職第一天居然發現沒給新進員工辦公桌
自己問了同事和人資，就說自己找位置坐
結論就是要坐在會議室和請假的同仁位置上....
就算有位置的同仁也擠在超狹小的公寓裡上班
2. 沒有提供電腦
多次詢問老闆都沒有正面回應
還是靠好心同事找出公司閒置電腦讓我辦公
3. 沒事做
公司幾乎沒有交代任何事，問了也沒有正面回應
主動提出工作或工作簡報，也幾乎都是已讀不回
上班就像去網咖....
4. 人員流動率超高
每1~2周就會發現誰誰誰怎麼突然不見
然後跑出新的面孔
好笑的是，不少新進的人和我一樣，沒有辦公位置！
業務、行政、工程團隊不知道換了幾批了
5. 廁所嚴格來說只有一間
辦公室有兩間廁所，
一間在老闆辦公室內，當然一般員工不好意思進去
另一間就是大家男女共用的廁所
尿急想噴屎請自求多福
6. 工作氣氛很差
其實同仁大都滿好相處，但工作氣氛就是很差
但小心有某位同仁會偷東西
7. 被要求降薪
到職三個月後，居然被公司要求降薪1萬多....
拖欠薪水之下還有公司聚餐
缺點
1. 拖欠薪水屢次溝通未改善，至少積欠兩個月才支付。
2. 以公司解散為由和員工溫情喊話，說會支付資遣費，一樣拖欠了半年。
3. 公司解散後並無真的結束營業，仍持續應徵新員工接案，要加入公司請三思。
4. 離職許久還會收到「現任同事」詢問檔案位置、能不能協助修改先前某個專案需求，不斷以訊息打擾、情緒勒索，造成極大困擾。
老闆或許很有抱負會說好聽話，但會如此對待員工找工作請三思。

General Manager wang is suspicious to everyone(every employee)
He is suspicious about everyone is trying to steal his money and salary.
From 2021/1~2021/6, This company is firing and hiring three CTO.
A lot of backend engineers is losing hope about this company.
Therefore, they left ASAP, even without bonus.
Recently, GM hire a new CTO.
This CTO is called LUO,ZHI-QUAN (LUO,JHIH-CYUAN).
This CTO is also a weird person.
If your company receive this guy's resume, please be careful.
He will describe a beautiful future after he enter this company and make big change for good things.
In reality, He cannot operate mysql, he cannot operate GCP.....etc.....
Only he can do is open his mouth and tell other backend engineers to save hime.
Business windows and contact people also are very, very mad about him.
How is that possible, if a manager working at information industry?
Learning new knowledge is the most basic thing that a person working at information industry.
LUO,ZHI-QUAN (LUO,JHIH-CYUAN) knows nothing less than 20 years ago.
The GM is attracting about his overstat speech.
The GM is also don't care about Office cleaning for every employee.
He won't hire any kinds of cleaning employee.
Trash can be rotten after a week if no one can hanle the smell.
The air conditioner is dirty without any cleaning.
But the GM is only care about how to save more money, and how to get overdue receivables(even overdue is scan2pay system(the product of this company) error.)
