第一關線上面試，不用跑現場很方便

面試的HR總給人感覺很浮，好像沒有很認真聽面試者說話，也沒有先閱讀履歷。

另外最糟糕的一點是，在工作需求的描述和實際對職位人選的要求落差有點大，會讓人在事前充分準備、但最後面試完跟你說「這不是我們看重的地方」，甚至整場面試也沒有和面試人員聊過他們看重的能力的經驗。

最後補充，類似家族企業，夫妻創業。

The company environment is great, and it also feels like a happy place to work.

The position has been open for a long time, so I'm actually a little unsure whether it's really still being advertised.

They said they would notify me after the interview, but I never heard back, which felt a bit disappointing.
