Pros

Only people with ability are retained; the company doesn’t need dead weight.

Cons

I think a bunch of people down there are saying this kind of bullshit just because they didn’t pass the interview. If you didn’t get in, then you didn’t get in—there’s no need to make up a bunch of excuses about the company being terrible. Our company just has performance pressure; there’s not much else wrong with it. To be honest, nobody makes money without busting their ass. I hope you won’t get angry and lash out. If you’re unhappy, criticize the company. Have a grateful heart. Oh right, I wouldn’t dare say I’m a Top Sales person, but I close 11 deals a day. Keep it up, everyone. I hope you earn just 100,000 a month.

Pros

Osman is not like what some negative reviews say.

The interview invitations may seem like a scattershot approach.

At first, I was also very scared after seeing such comments on Tianyancha,

but I still decided to come for an interview. I got the job and came onboard for training and work.

I’ve been here for almost a year now.

The company’s managers place great importance on the team, and the bonus system is transparent. It really just depends on whether you’re willing to work hard and cooperate.

I think it’s difficult to find such good managers and this kind of bonus system elsewhere.

My previous job was at H&M, where I received a fixed salary of NT$30,000 per month, with labor and health insurance premiums deducted from it.

I worked extremely hard without receiving overtime pay.

Although I’m from Tainan and had been in Taipei for so long, I still couldn’t earn more money for myself.

Since joining Osman, I’ve not only gained a lot of experience, but also learned more about business models and met more business owners.

I’ve learned brand planning and project planning, and I can earn a high salary every month.

Most importantly, I work regular hours without overtime, and I get public holidays off.

I think this kind of sales department is great.

Cons

The downside is that there is performance pressure.

But it’s all based on individual performance, and whatever you achieve is yours.

In addition to developing new clients, you also have to maintain your own clients, which can be a little more demanding.

Pros

Open-plan workspace, very spacious; at first glance, it seems like there are lots of people and everyone is having fun.

Cons

Very strange. The interview invitation online was for a planning role, but after I arrived, filled out the form, and waited for a while, the interviewing manager came in and said the job was actually sales-related, requiring constant sales calls. It was quite shocking. If you listen carefully, you’ll realize that it isn’t the sound of people having fun—it’s the sound of people constantly making calls to drum up business.

Pros

Transportation: Fairly convenient. It is an 8–15-minute walk from the MRT station (8 minutes from the closer exit, 15 minutes from the farther one). There are paid parking lots for cars and scooters within a five-minute walk of the company.

Facilities: The company has a pantry with a microwave and refrigerator, so bringing your own lunch is convenient. However, the restrooms are in the shared building facilities used jointly with the neighboring company.

Benefits: I won’t mention the standard ones.

When you first join the company, you are given a pack of toilet paper, and the company gives each employee another pack every month. There are occasional afternoon teas (depending on the Marketing Department’s performance), and additional activities during holidays (e.g., Christmas).

Although this section is supposed to cover the advantages, I’ll discuss the benefits together here. Whether the year-end party and spring banquet are held really depends on the boss’s willingness; in the past three years, there have been times when they were not held.

Department: The supervisor is willing to teach, and both the supervisor and senior colleagues are willing to help during case negotiations. The atmosphere among colleagues is fairly good. The company has a relatively young workforce, with colleagues in their twenties and thirties everywhere, while the supervisors are also roughly in their thirties and forties. Everyone is quite energetic.

If you approach it as an opportunity for self-improvement and learning, it is a job you can do. But as for the rest, please keep reading...。

Cons

Job duties:

The company has established marketing plans. The Marketing Department (which is essentially the Sales Department) is mainly responsible for acquiring clients; the graphic designers, engineers, and copywriting/content teams handle the presentation of clients’ marketing content; and the customer service representatives resolve client issues and provide after-sales service together with the marketing (project) staff. Administrative HR handles other internal company matters, including general affairs tasks such as replacing equipment (during my time there, I always saw HR replacing our phones, computers, and Office software accounts), distributing toilet paper, and so on.

The Marketing Department is telemarketing—it is sales. Don’t be misled by recruiters’ wording.

If you want to do marketing planning, don’t waste your time. Planning is the responsibility of the supervisors and the boss; it is not our place to do it. The company does digital marketing for clients; the Marketing Department staff do not perform digital marketing for clients, and they do not handle the operation of clients’ Facebook fan pages, official LINE accounts, or similar channels.

The Administrative Department... simply put, the expectation is that capable people do more work, but capable employees in the same department are not paid more.

I once saw almost the entire HR Department leave within a short period (there were only enough people to count on one hand to begin with), after which replacements were hired. Only one person from the original team remained (and he was the least experienced of them all). He was doing the work of two people by himself and was still asked whether he could do a little more.

Low retention rate:

If the survival rate of new hires in the industry’s Marketing Departments is around 20%, during my time there, fewer than 3% of the junior colleagues I saw stuck around for half a year. There were new hires undergoing training every week, but fewer than 10% of each cohort lasted three months. Most people quit within the month-long pre-employment training.

This job involves dealing with a great deal of negative emotion and customer distrust. If you do not know how to release emotions appropriately, you cannot do this job.

As for people who resigned and later returned, I only saw one former colleague from a long time ago return during my time there. None of the other colleagues I knew wanted to come back.

Salary:

If you want to become a marketing staff member (plainly speaking, sales), you should take the information provided by the job bank and interviewing supervisors with a grain of salt. Don’t overestimate yourself at first. It is genuinely difficult to get clients to believe what you say before they have even met you. Even the success rate of cases I personally asked my supervisor to take over was low. I vaguely remember that when I was a new hire, there were four or five clients I asked supervisors and senior colleagues to take over, and all of them were later rejected and never closed.

So just look at the high commission rates on the salary table and don’t take them too seriously. New hires who cannot stay are basically people attracted by the high commissions but who, due to insufficient ability, can only earn the company’s basic salary (you would be better off working in food service). The company’s case prices are relatively low compared with other sales industries (e.g., real estate brokerage and automobile sales), so I personally recommend that capable people look for sales jobs involving higher-value cases.

As for the Administrative Department, it is fixed pay! Unless the company gives you a raise, don’t expect a higher salary. Of course, compared with the Marketing Department, the Administrative Department (all units other than Marketing) is definitely the one that leaves work on time most consistently.

The company’s benefits overall are controlled by the Marketing Department (such as the company’s occasional afternoon teas). Unless there is a major incident (such as the company receiving negative reviews), the boss keeps a close eye on the Marketing Department. As a result, marketing staff experience considerable psychological pressure. Supervisors basically say on the surface that they care more about work attitude (meaning compliance with the company’s rather strict KPIs), but in practice they wish the people below them would dig up as many clients as possible. (I know that’s how work is everywhere, but I still want to say it so people can be mentally prepared.)

The boss is generally quite stingy. Unless the boss is in a good mood because business performance is good, most employee benefits only exist because the supervisors fought hard to obtain them. Therefore, if you receive any extra benefits at this company, you should thank your supervisor (whether you are in Sales or Administration).

Finally, a word about the organizational structure. Personally, I feel it is rather closed-off. The office has around 50 people or fewer. Unless there is some rumor going around, the boss only learns what is happening and what frontline employees think through the supervisors. (Who can blame them, when some of the supervisors either do not often come into the office or, when they do, wear an unapproachable expression? At most, people only dare to exchange a brief greeting when going to the restroom before hurriedly returning to their desks.)

So, I’ll leave everyone to imagine what kinds of situations a company like this might have!}]} инд ฝ่ายขายออนไลน์?}] } ngata} erotikk no. ngaw.ไทยฟรี 〃. (Invalid trailing?)เน็ตทรู. Sorry.

Pros

During the interview, they tell you a whole lot of grand promises. Very detailed, but still just grand promises.

Cons

What is the interviewer manager acting so arrogant about? They don't care what others say and only talk about themselves. They have a really sour look on their face.

None. The company benefits are also offered by other companies.

Cons

Actually, “Osman” is “Master Plan.” They recruit a large number of people and dismiss those who fail to meet their targets within a short period (approximately two weeks to one month). Very few people can meet the standards; usually, employees simply stay for shorter or longer periods. It is on the blacklist of many job seekers.

Pros

I was quite nervous before the interview because the reviews online were pretty mixed. But I really wanted to work in advertising and marketing, so I still wanted to learn more about the position. After the interview, I felt that everything was pretty good. The HR representative was very friendly, and the manager was also very nice—and a little quirky too 😂. There is performance pressure, but once you meet your targets, things become more relaxed. Everyone on the team is really nice, so I fit in quickly. We often go out for meals or karaoke together after work. I’ve been here for three months now, and I’m genuinely having a great time. It’s completely different from my previous sales experience—wow.

Cons

Everyone is too nice, and sometimes we get so carried away chatting that the manager has to remind us 😂. We can accidentally keep talking and forget that we’re supposed to be working, hahaha. Whenever things get stressful, chatting for a while makes everything feel better @@.

Pros

At first, I was very scared because I knew I wasn't really suited for sales. However, during the interview, my supervisor gave me a lot of encouragement and also told me that all new employees receive training, regardless of whether they have prior experience with the company. This made me feel much more at ease. The supervisor is also very nice, the office environment is great, and my colleagues are easy to get along with.

Cons

There is still some pressure, but after all, it is a sales position, so pressure is inevitable.

The salary supplements on top of the base salary are good~

The manager is very helpful!!!

Basically, once you have the right attitude, it really is only a matter of time!

The instructors are very friendly and professional!!

The company atmosphere is not dull, and the colleagues are also easy to get along with~

Cons

There is relatively more pressure from performance and KPIs during the off-season.

It is still not possible to leave work on time because of meetings.

Basically, during the first three months after joining, people with some experience can earn over 40,000 with the manager’s help, while more capable newcomers generally earn over 60,000–70,000. The work environment is fairly good, and the colleagues are also quite young. It’s a relatively entry-level marketing and sales job, and you don’t need to go out much to visit clients. Your past experience is not a major consideration.

Cons

Making phone calls constantly, with performance pressure

Pros

The office environment is bright and comfortable, with music playing to create a relaxed working atmosphere.

Solid training helps newcomers understand internet marketing knowledge and how to sell products.

You get to contact business owners from various industries by phone.

In addition to learning more about different industries, you can also learn brand planning.

It is very rewarding to successfully create exposure and revenue for clients.

Cons

There is performance pressure every month, and it can be frustrating when you are unable to bring in any new business.

The office environment is bright, comfortable, and stylish.

The guaranteed salary and performance bonuses are high; the average salary is quite good, with many bonus incentive programs.

Cons

The performance pressure is fairly high, so it’s not suitable for people who can’t handle stress. Snowflake workers should not apply.

Although the location is near Taipei Arena, it’s too far from my home.

My colleagues are all quite easy to get along with.

The company atmosphere and work environment are both pretty good.

Cons

You need to be able to handle some pressure, and the manager speaks very directly.

There are many rewards, but also many conditions (I wonder if I’m just being a bit too sensitive?).

I am not a job seeker. When your company’s sales representative contacted my company, their attitude was extremely poor, and the PPT was very unprofessional.

It even listed placements that do not exist and claimed that such a plan was available. After talking for a long time, they deliberately kept obscuring the main point.

I think this company’s sales team needs improvement.

Pros

None at all

Cons

They asked people to arrive early and then made us wait and wait there. It was already well past the agreed time, with five or six job applicants sitting there staring blankly at one another. Later, the interviewer asked everyone to take turns introducing themselves, kept the people they wanted, and then directly asked everyone else to leave. They did not mention the job duties or anything else at all before telling people to go. They showed absolutely no respect for the applicants—the experience felt terrible and was completely absurd.

Interviewers should learn to respect people before interviewing others. An absolutely awful interview experience!!!

I learned quite a lot of practical things in the training.

Cons

After completing the three-day training, you have to start making calls.

Endless calling and hanging up, calling and hanging up.

If you want good performance and a higher salary, you have to be thick-skinned,

not afraid of having calls hung up on you or being scolded.

The restroom is outside the company and shared with another company, so there is no toilet paper inside. You have to get toilet paper from the company, and you can only get it two days a week—once those days have passed, there is none left.

As for the rest… it’s hard to say. You’ll have to experience it yourself XD

The company environment seems okay… kind of industrial style.

The employees seem very cold……

Cons

After filling out the information, about six or seven people were interviewed together in the meeting room. The interviewer was the instructor who taught the class. They only took a brief look at everyone’s information, then started going on and on about how great their company was, how capable they were, and how much money we would make⋯

At the end, they said how much one of their classes costs outside. They said that if we later decided we didn’t want to do the job, that was fine—we could attend their class instead, which would still be a gain⋯

Then they started asking everyone which date they would come to take the class. It felt as though anyone could go to work there; they weren’t being selective at all⋯

In the interview, they said the starting salary was only 23,000 including the perfect-attendance bonus, and didn’t mention anything else.
