This company is part of the Lunhua Group, which has such extensive resources, but during the interview they repeatedly emphasized that they hoped you would share the burden during difficult times when discussing the salary.
Those with good academic and professional backgrounds can negotiate good job levels and salary packages.
There is often infighting among management, along with behind-the-scenes maneuvering. Supervisors tend to manage mostly by talking, and staff turnover is extremely high.....
You can quickly understand how a family-owned business operates. Overall, “cutting costs” is the highest priority, and sometimes all it takes to get in is the right connections or family background.
1. The hardware and software are extremely outdated. The company barely spends money even where it should, which affects work efficiency.
2. The company’s internal resources are extremely limited. For many things, you can only find a way to handle them yourself, with almost no support.
3. The boss often comes up with new ideas or brands on a whim and directly demands execution without conducting a comprehensive assessment of the market, risks, or costs.
4. Every year, the company paints an overly rosy picture, discussing its vision and broader outlook and emphasizing that “Taiwan is not limited to TSMC when it comes to becoming powerful,” but the actual supporting measures and investment are nowhere to be seen.
5. Employee turnover is extremely high. Almost every month, you have to adapt to new colleagues and repeat handovers.

During major events, eight hours is nowhere near enough to finish everything assigned by supervisors, so you often have to stay late and work overtime—but there is no overtime pay! If your supervisor is considerate enough to let you come into the office later the next day after seeing how hard you worked, that is already very good. Don’t expect too much!
4. Supervisors love calling everyone into meetings, and every meeting lasts at least an hour! Your workload is already overflowing and impossible to finish, yet you still have to sit there while your supervisor paints rosy pictures!
4. Employee turnover is very high. Many colleagues leave before completing six months, and staying for more than a year already counts as being a veteran~
In short, unless you are extremely willing to put up with anything, are prepared to handle everything while earning a meager salary, and enjoy chatting with colleagues during work hours, I genuinely do not recommend it!
