I didn’t receive clear answers to my questions. It felt like HR was intentionally avoiding some questions. The salary is very low; it will be increased after completing training, but not by much. It all depends on performance—without performance, you just earn a fixed salary.
Rotating shifts on weekdays and holidays. There is an evaluation process, and during the interview they will ask you a lot of questions and conduct a background check.
Overall, it is a sales-oriented role. Those considering sales positions should not expect too much; there is always some truth and some falsehood in what is said.
The interview is different from the actual job, so take what they say with a grain of salt.
1. Salespeople who can't code recruit students.
2. Low pay.
3. In the education industry, people have vulgar language and swear words constantly on their lips; it's hypocritical and makes me want to puke.
4. When people there are unhappy, they kick tables and chairs and throw things. It's outrageous.
They’re punctual, I can’t think of anything else.
They barely mention raises or working hours. Even when asked, they seem intent on concealing the low pay and overtime situation. The training program is also explained very vaguely, and they don’t provide a clear job offer, making the interviewee’s preparation and time all go to waste.

I heard that it's salespeople who can't write code recruiting students, which is a bit strange?
