It was truly a bizarre interview 😍 What exactly was the male HR interviewer thinking?
I believe everyone will still want to go and see for themselves after reading the reviews, since it is, after all, a large company. But I can tell you: don’t waste your time!
You’ll just have to listen to the male HR interviewer look down on people! He acted as though he was testing me, and even wrote on a whiteboard—I almost burst out laughing. I thought I was there for an interview, but it turned out I was attending a lecture!
I interviewed for a visual design position. The job description on 104 also listed creating EDMs and banners using PS/AI. So why did he ask me whether I knew web design? I said I wasn’t familiar with web programming, and he actually replied, “Then you’re very far behind!”
Then he continued writing on the whiteboard and lecturing me about the design industry as a whole, saying I should study at a higher level or I was really too shallow. When I asked him questions, he couldn’t answer them and said he didn’t know. So what was the point of all that nonsense?
Finally, he said he couldn’t see my passion and had no way of knowing exactly what I wanted to express. He even said he couldn’t judge from my facial expressions whether I liked design or had any passion for it (because in the earlier personality questionnaire, I had selected that enthusiasm represented me).
I simply replied that I didn’t want to look fake or overly showy.
And then he still had to write on the whiteboard again and ask me whether communication and expression are the same thing.
I was thinking, “Is this ever going to end?”
(Maybe because I looked like I was listening to his lecture but didn’t care about it.)
So in the end, he even gave me this little assignment to think about after I went home.
Wow 😧 I was truly amazed after that interview 😲
There was also a second manager who interviewed me afterward. I had completely lost interest, so I just gave perfunctory answers and ended it as quickly as possible (run!!!

The HR person is extremely self-important and disrespectful toward the professional field. If you have plenty of time and want to experience being verbally humiliated by a smiling tiger, you can go to the interview. They say all the right things, claiming that the company is looking for talent and therefore is not in a hurry to hire, and that they will take their time finding the right candidate. In reality, they just want to use cheap interns or outsourced workers while claiming they are willing to provide training. They treat employees as disposable, constantly boast about their expertise in HR, brag about how many tools they know, belittle the ecosystems of other industries, and even lecture managers from other departments. Aren’t they just wonderful? Then why recruit at all and waste job seekers’ time?
At the beginning of the interview, they greeted me.
Once they started asking questions, they became impolite.
I arrived five minutes early, but HR looked suspicious. Their internal administrative issues were quite serious.
They didn’t provide water during the pandemic.
The scheduled interview time was very strange.
My résumé was four pages long, and the interview was scheduled for about 30 minutes. I also waited about 30 minutes for someone to come and interview me. The interview itself lasted less than 20 minutes.
They wouldn’t answer questions about benefits.
They said Liang Hsing absolutely does not violate the law, yet they didn’t even know that the résumé requirement was illegal.
Three people came to conduct the interview.
When they asked questions, they kept interrupting one another. When I tried to answer, they kept competing to ask questions and interrupting one another again.
Why do they like interrupting answers so much?
They were impolite, I waited a long time, the interview duration was strange, they only asked about personal traits and not experience, and the pay was very low. I don’t recommend wasting your time interviewing there.
2022/8/3 Interview experience for an electronic parts warehouse management position
Upon entering, HR took me into a meeting room to fill out some forms.
There were 4 sheets: a basic résumé (1 sheet), logic and comprehension tests (2 sheets), and a traits questionnaire (48 traits, of which you had to circle 10) (1 sheet).
You were given about 20 minutes to complete them, and they were collected when time was up.
I waited at least 15 minutes.
Two HR representatives and one supervisor, three people in total, interviewed me.
First question: Please introduce what traits you have.
Second question: How would your friends describe your traits?
Third question: Do you have any questions you would like to ask about the company?
I left about 15 minutes after answering everything.
They proactively mentioned that the interview result would take one week, that you would receive no notification if you were not selected, and that there might be a second interview depending on the result.
The interview was that short.
What I asked about additionally:
1. They claimed that overtime was not frequent.
2. The weight of the objects you need to carry was described as ranging from monitors to printers.
3. It says that there are two days off per week, but Saturdays require rotating shifts.
4. When asked about salary, they avoided answering.
5. They avoided answering questions about benefits and compensation.
6. Regarding the job duties, what they said was practically the same as saying nothing; they also avoided giving a clear answer.
If you have no experience, they may suggest that you give it a try. Companies that avoid discussing salary generally offer very low pay.
For those with experience, I absolutely do not recommend it. The interview result takes one week, and depending on the result there may be a second interview; they dodged all kinds of questions.
The tests were all very simple, basically just intended to screen out idiots.
This company does not ask about experience, discuss work history, or talk about salary; throughout the entire process, it only talks about personal traits.
It was obvious that they were not short-staffed. They were unusually unenthusiastic about hiring; whenever the topic involved money, they glossed over it vaguely, and whenever the job was mentioned, they brushed it off by saying they could not go into detail.
There is a company called Kelin in the building next door, even on the same floor. They are two companies of similarly poor quality.
Part-time positions allow you to leave work on time
As a full-time employee, I always arrive at work on time but have never left on time. When I brought this up with the store manager, the response I received was, "That's just how the service industry is; you can't rush customers."
Managers will say, "Lihsing absolutely does not violate the law," but the store manager doesn't even show any willingness to work toward legal compliance.
They will keep pouring tea for you to drink.
When you arrive at the company and tell the people inside that you’re there for an interview, they look completely astonished, as if nothing had been scheduled at all.
The HR manager’s tone when asking questions is extremely uncomfortable and incredibly rude.
They can only afford to offer a salary under 30K—enough to hire a monkey—while making a whole host of demands and taking the opportunity to belittle you.
You’re not the only company hiring. Acting so high and mighty will only damage the company’s image.
So much for the promised 良(心)興, huh?
The HR people are very nice
Things are fairly cheap
Base salary of 26k + bonuses
The manager really likes sharing investment methods
This job just leaves you to fend for yourself, then tells you, “Sorry, you’re not a good fit.”
