The position being interviewed for was an internal staff role, not a store position. They did not do their homework clearly on the candidate's background beforehand, and only said after getting the person there that it did not align with the direction of the person they were looking for. It was a waste of time and showed no professionalism whatsoever. If you really plan to attend the interview, it is recommended that you confirm both parties' understanding by phone beforehand.

The interviewer was very friendly, and the interview process was relaxed.
Cons
The salary is very low, there are no regular salary increases, and the systems are inadequate—there is practically no system at all.
