2. Managers and above are suspicious and information is shared selectively; basically, they will not let you know too much
3. Managers and above are overly self-satisfied and think they are very capable, but in fact they are not. They do not know what they want yet are overly greedy, and they love to make empty promises and paint grand visions. They always ask you to share more and communicate, but then they also love to point out logical errors and nitpick your wording. They do not like to acknowledge the current situation and think everything is the employees’ fault.
Conclusion: I sincerely do not recommend joining this company. The company is extremely suspicious and often creates a very tense atmosphere in which everyone feels insecure.
