Pros
1. When the boss travels abroad, you can have snacks.
2. You can ask the boss to buy products from Korea.
3. Working hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and you can choose when to take your meal break.
Cons
1. The Labor Standards Act is not followed. Suggestions made to the boss have never resulted in changes.
2. Heavy responsibilities and a wide range of duties—you are expected to do the work of ten people, meaning you need more than ten different areas of expertise.
3. Employees are blamed when business performance is poor.
4. Overtime comes with no overtime pay. The hours cannot be accumulated into a full day; they must be compensated hour by hour. You may leave early or come in late.
5. Overtime is not compensated with leave. Public holidays are all working days. During the Lunar New Year, only New Year's Eve and the first day are holidays; even if the second day is scheduled as a day off, you still have to work from home. Coworkers cannot take the same days off.
6. The boss often changes what they say. Even after confirming, you may still be scolded, yet you have to confirm things again and again, often resulting in wasted work.
7. They will not pay severance. They will deliberately make things difficult so that you resign voluntarily.
I advise all newcomers: do not embark on a road of no return. This company is not a stepping stone, but a stumbling block.
Of ten employees, eight complain and nine resign.

Employees must remind them about overtime pay themselves
No year-end bonus / no double pay on national holidays
待遇 differs by department
Domestic/overseas trips / retail stores: mandatory participation
Back-office: attendance required depending on the situation
(If taking a trip, annual leave may be deducted from that month's leave)
Leave work on time?
There are no two-day weekends, no national holidays, no annual leave, and no paid personal leave. Employees are required to work on typhoon days. There is no overtime pay. During the Lunar New Year, only Lunar New Year's Eve and the first day are given off. Even with staggered days off, employees are required not to take leave at the same time. Simple matters are made complicated by the boss's wife. The couple's tempers are unpredictable; when they argue, they take out their resentment on the employees. Employees bear the brunt every day. They are always talking to employees about their vision, but spend every day hiding at home or in a small room at the company, scrolling on their phones.
Happy? When I first joined, I was excited and listened to the boss talk nonsense and paint grand pictures every day. I was really happy to be fooled back then.
To be clear, I’m not someone who likes to complain. I consider myself a generous-minded young person, but this company has given me the following impressions:
Let’s start with the Labor Standards Act. The boss treats it purely as a reference and doesn’t actually follow it.
Labor insurance only started being provided after I had worked for six months.
Some colleagues didn’t have labor insurance even by the time they left.
The boss fundamentally doesn’t know how to respect professional expertise.
They think everything is very simple and can all be done quickly.
Eight days off per month, no days off on national holidays marked in red, only New Year’s Eve off for the annual holiday, and even during typhoon days off, they insist that you come to work.
The boss can directly have a huge argument with his wife about household matters in front of everyone.
After arguing, he takes his anger out on the employees.
The employee turnover rate is extremely high. There is clearly something wrong with the system.
On average, people don’t stay for more than a year.
The key point is that they still don’t think there is anything wrong with their company.
The boss and his wife have an extremely pathetic mindset.
They take pride in driving employees away and making employees resign voluntarily.
It’s fundamentally just a company built on luck.
A boss who only has half a butt!
This kind of inferior company is a malignant tumor in Taiwan. Let it be eliminated.
I urge everyone not to waste your life on this kind of employer.
Violates the Labor Standards Act
Take days off, for example.
There are seven days off per month, scheduled by shifts, and employees are given no national holidays at all.
During the Lunar New Year, the only days off are New Year's Eve and the first day of the year.
The back office and retail stores are the same.
Sometimes retail staff often do not get off work until after midnight.
They have to take a taxi to get home.
(Of course, they have to pay for the taxi themselves.)
The boss likes to hire fresh graduates with little experience.
Maybe because they can withstand tough conditions and are cheap.
There is no year-end bonus.
