Pros

Honestly, none.

Cons

There is only a five-minute break in the morning and a five-minute break in the afternoon. The rest of the time, you're treated like a slave. Turnover is very high, and it's all new hires. You can't bring your phone to work.

None

Cons

It is strictly forbidden to carry a mobile phone while at work; it must be kept in a locker.

May I ask, if an important call from a family member is missed, will your company take responsibility?

There isn't even an annual bonus?

Pros

The HR contact was very polite (but isn’t that normal?)

Cons

Because of the pandemic, the interview was conducted by video conference. After I joined the meeting room, I was the only one with my video on—I had no idea who I was talking to.

I thought it was audio-only, but as soon as I turned off my video, I was immediately asked to turn it back on. Isn’t it basic courtesy for both sides to have their video on?

Then they asked a bunch of personal questions: Where do your parents-in-law live? Where do your parents live? How many children do you have? What business is it of yours?

The résumé form provided by the company included height and weight. I didn’t fill them in because I felt they were unrelated to the job, but the general manager asked me about them again during the interview!!

The general manager also kept asking who my current company’s clients were. What business is it of yours? Do you know every company in the world? Why should I disclose my company’s clients to you?

When the supervisor explained the job responsibilities, they made it sound as though the workload would be drastically different from what I was doing before. Sorry, but my résumé clearly lists all the duties they mentioned as examples~~

By the end, I couldn’t even be bothered to ask about the working hours or benefits. The fact that I didn’t hang up right away was already generous. = =+

Pros

The interviewer was very kind and personally called to invite me to the interview. They also enthusiastically introduced the company environment and the position over the phone. During the interview, there was a computer test (simple typing and spreadsheet creation).

Cons

I originally interviewed for Position A, but was ultimately offered Position B. They called to ask whether I could accept it, but the job responsibilities, salary, and other related details were completely different from what had been discussed on the day of the interview.

Pros

The supervisor is very easy to get along with

Cons

1. The company does not have a consistent way of doing things; they often agree on something and then change it, creating unnecessary complications

2. They are not very humane in their treatment of dispatched workers

3. The company is shady internally; they may suddenly fabricate various explanations to dismiss someone and then issue a gag order within the company afterward

The Northern International Building in Bali is newly built, and the toilets are very new.

The floors are new.

Cons

They will move to Bali on June 30; the second warehouse has already been moved.

Full-time employees are responsible for managing dispatched personnel, but they often suggest unnecessary ways of doing things.

Break times are often not on schedule.
