The company is currently establishing a new department and is still integrating it, but it is very easy for them to dismiss people on the most arbitrary pretext. Many people have been laid off within the past month, which gives the impression that they have no intention of running the company seriously. Recently, they even dismissed everyone in an entire department, citing difficulty recruiting staff. Overall, it feels very arbitrary.

There are unlimited snacks provided, and we order boxed lunches together and occasionally order afternoon tea. Although shift work is required, working the afternoon or evening shift earns an additional 200 per day.
