Hello, everyone. I’d like to explain that all the existing reviews are from five years ago. The entire upper management has since been replaced.
Regarding the reviews:
>> Please stop allowing people with questionable character to join the company.
There are no such employees in the current company. The current boss has a certain level of professional expertise and personally handles everything. Many projects are negotiated directly by senior management, and their applications are extensively integrated into the company’s products. There are many things we can do, and the mistakes made previously will not happen again.
>> Company location
The company has already moved from its former location. The new location is near Songshan Station and only a 5–10-minute walk away, making transportation convenient. If there are activities on Saturdays or Sundays, you can take the train directly to enjoy them. That’s how I travel now—by train.
Raohe Street Night Market is nearby, so you can go shopping there directly after work.
>> The company’s senior management is no longer made up of the former personnel.
The people mentioned in the reviews are no longer part of the current senior management. The boss personally handles everything. The biggest difference is whether your ideas can be turned into company products.
>> There is severe infighting among the company’s senior management.
There is no infighting now. This year, 2022, the company obtained ISO 27001 certification. If there were really internal conflicts, we would not have obtained this kind of certification. However, the certification process was certainly arduous because ISO involves extensive documentation and many rules that must be followed. We also hope to apply the ISO 27001 internal system in practice, and we are working hard toward that goal...
>> Flexible working hours
If you start work at 08:30, you can leave at 17:30.
You are welcome to come to our company for an interview: https://www.104.com.tw/company/1a2x6bj8q7?jobsource=jolist_c_relevance
Every company has its shortcomings, but I believe the current senior management is no longer the same as before. As long as you raise any suggestions related to your work, and as the company becomes more profitable, there will surely be better salaries and benefits.
None
1. The second interview and the interview with the chairman lasted only 20 minutes, I think.
2. What the chairman said differed from what the interviewer in the first interview said.
3. You can look up these two cases yourselves; they occurred in 2023.

You can see a different world and learn that there are people on Earth who live this way.
The boss is kind-hearted, hardworking, smart, and capable. They clearly treat people with integrity and courtesy, so I don't understand why some people earlier had to criticize them so recklessly.
The social enterprise makes a sincere effort to teach everyone how to socialize. Mature adults all know that what the boss says is right. If you want to leave a positive review, please remember to write one.
Welcome to newcomers. Keep up the good work, and look farther ahead—the company won't treat you unfairly!!
The company is too excellent; sometimes I feel inferior because I have trouble keeping up.
When the company first expanded into mainland China, it set up a factory there to inspect its products. As a result, one supervisor and another young employee who were sent there took advantage of the opportunity to collude with local suppliers, inflate expenses, and embezzle a great deal of money. After the owner discovered this, they were immediately fired. They also encouraged the people who had participated in the embezzlement to resign collectively at the same time. The supervisor was even taken to the police station on suspicion of breach of trust.
After those people left, the company quickly returned to normal. As a result, those people were not only unemployed but also awaiting prosecution, so they had no choice but to come here to vent.
It’s easy to invite the gods, but hard to send them away.
Over the four or five years since the company was founded, its software, hardware, and industrial design teams have worked together to develop a completely new product and get it approved by the regulations in Taiwan and mainland China. It is now installed in Taipei 101 and Taipei Main Station, making the company much stronger than most companies in Taiwan.
Moreover, most of the employees are young and highly motivated, with no bureaucratic mindset. The young boss is easy to communicate with: as long as something makes sense and the company can afford it, it gets done without hesitation or concern about the consequences.
The boss places great importance on employees’ integrity. Previously, a supervisor had a very close personal relationship with the boss, but after it was discovered that he had embezzled money from the company, he was immediately fired.
Please stop letting people with questionable character into the company.
The company offers good benefits, and my colleagues are very helpful. Whenever I encounter difficulties, there is always someone willing to help as long as I ask. The company has a very strong design team; unlike typical companies that only care about costs, it creates exceptionally beautiful products.
Everything from product development to sales is completed in-house, so you can see the results of your own efforts. It is very different from a typical company.
You have to wait a long time for the elevator between floors.
The basement parking spaces are expensive.
1. The colleagues have good relationships and help each other whenever something comes up. There is a group of young, warm-hearted male R&D colleagues, the sales team is both attractive and handsome, the marketing team is very strong, and the designers are very talented.
2. Whether they stay with or leave the company, people who join the company eventually get married and have children. It is a blessed place with excellent feng shui.
3. The company has a complete set of coffee equipment, from a coffee grinder to a pour-over kettle.
4. The company is unlike a traditional company: there are new challenges every day, and it has a forward-looking worldview with great potential.
5. Work hard, and the company will not treat its employees unfairly.
1. The auntie on the 21st floor is very scary, like the Barbarian Hut in a game.
2. The parking lot for the company vehicles is also a little scary.
1. A robust and promising disaster-prevention technology company with clear goals in a niche market.
2. Very convenient transportation (right outside Guting MRT Station)
3. None of the red tape associated with old-fashioned company systems
4. Colleagues get along well and share a strong sense of camaraderie. Everyone helps one another and works as an integrated team.
5. The culture prioritizes solving problems and getting things done. There is no constant post-mortem criticism, there is room to make an impact, and you don't need to be constantly on edge.
6. Flexible clock-in hours; there's no need to rush to arrive before 9:00 a.m.
1. It has not yet grown into a company with more than 100 employees, so there is still work to do.
2. Since the office is on the 25th floor, sometimes it takes a while to get an elevator.
3. The food options nearby are just okay—not convenient or delicious enough XD
Great location and good feng shui
The colleagues are all young, and almost everyone is easy to get along with—great for making friends
A startup is naturally full of all kinds of challenges
Treat it as a form of self-cultivation while earning money
Whether you’re employed or have left the company, your luck will improve greatly. Come here once, and your love life, career, and marriage will all grow rapidly
If you don’t have a big enough heart, don’t come
If you’re looking for comfort and stability, don’t come either
Geminis, think twice
Don’t even think about challenging the boss
The boss makes himself look very wealthy. Chairman Hsu once said that young people spend too much, and while others might travel for business in premium business class, our young and promising boss travels in premium first class—enjoying the in-flight Wi‑Fi and posting check-ins and photos as well. He lives and buys things in a way that looks like a wealthy person, although no one knows whether the money is actually his. There probably will not be many benefits for employees, but at least you can broaden your horizons and see how wealthy people spend money if you have never seen it before—he will show you.
There is serious infighting among the company’s senior management. Even when there is no infighting, they are not very effective at communicating, and different senior executives often say completely different things about the same matters. The company’s direction is also very unstable, shifting from east to west; products that have just been developed, or things they say they will do, seem to vanish like passing clouds a few days later. The general manager has a very good public image, but in reality he knows absolutely nothing about the company’s affairs. Going to meetings with them feels like listening to a presentation from another company. He is always promising grand things, but the company has none of them internally. It is also difficult for people who genuinely want to get work done, because there are always strange tasks waiting for you. They take on cases without assessing internal resources or timelines, leaving employees at their wits’ end and constantly trying to find ways just to get through them. There are also countless messes to clean up, giving you plenty of practice in stress resistance. And the closer you are to the boss, the more blame you will ultimately carry—somehow, everything is always someone else’s fault!
The CEO is a multitalented person who can do everything from software to hardware! He is especially skilled at golf, equestrianism, and polo, becoming the chosen one in a very short time. Oh, I forgot to mention that he acquired these skills between last year and this year. As for where the time came from for a startup owner to learn so many talents, I’ll leave it to you, dear readers, to figure out! There is another benefit to working here: you can develop the abilities to remain undistracted and become self-reliant. Remaining undistracted means figuring out how to focus on your work without being disturbed by the boss. Last year, he played online games in the office and even asked his secretary to play with him; he would also interrupt other people’s work by chatting loudly. Isn’t this a wonderful training ground? As for self-reliance, the boss has no work experience and has surprisingly unconventional views on how things should be done and scheduled. You can only rely on your own abilities and work hard to get things back on track. Want to develop the ability to handle RD + PM + FAE all by yourself? RedSense is your best choice!
Not going on a journey to witness the multitalented boss for yourself is truly your loss!
The view from the 25th floor is nice. The radio station next door means you often run into celebrities.
It makes you feel that Taiwan is a great, positive place, and that starting a company and getting investment is EASY!
Upper management refuses to face the fundamental problems and cannot resolve the losses, but they are very good at packaging things and chasing fame and praise.
Family infighting turns into battles with employees; arguments never end and schemes are endless. A soap-opera-like drama is always unfolding, so be prepared to take the stage at any time.
They wear titles while remaining completely out of touch, while no one keeps an eye on those slacking off below. When something goes wrong, they pick an unlucky person to take the blame.
They claim to have received a large amount of public investment, but if the money is all being squandered like this, I no longer even want to pay taxes.
Working at such an “exciting” company is certainly worth preserving as a lifelong memory.
The company’s senior management lets you personally experience the plot of a Taiwanese soap opera without even having to enter a studio;
Oddball colleagues let you experience the thrill of kicking the can while working—if the ball is still at your feet when time runs out, you lose;
Faced with today’s treacherous society, joining RedSense lets you learn how to watch a real-life House of Cards show from a safe distance, how to do your job with your mouth and feet, and how easy fundraising apparently is in Taiwan.
What am I going to do if I can’t join such a great kick-the-can training camp as RedSense ever again?!?
Practice resilience under pressure
Practice staying calm and handling things when the boss is in chaos
There is nothing that can be improved.
Do not join this company under any circumstances. The company is attractively packaged on the outside, but the upper management is extremely chaotic internally. Whenever something goes wrong, they will definitely find an employee to take the blame, or even ask that employee to leave.
The employee turnover is extremely high. Recently, between one-third and two-thirds of the staff have left the company, including both voluntary resignations and “forced” departures.
Oh, they will probably be hiring a lot of people soon. Everyone is welcome to go and experience it.
