This was the worst interview experience I've ever had when looking for a job! As soon as I entered the store and said I was there for an interview, the manager didn't ask me to step aside or take me somewhere more private to talk. Instead, they had me stand at the counter for the interview, with another employee even standing nearby! After I handed over my résumé, the first thing they said was, “Please introduce yourself.” Then what was the point of me bringing my own résumé if they weren't even going to look at it first? Moreover, the manager came across as very condescending. They asked why I wanted to apply to a clothing store, then kept looking at my outfit with a contemptuous expression == In short, I was completely speechless 🙄

The senior part-time worker is difficult to get along with. They are picky and boss around new employees, acting as if they were a supervisor, which makes people very uncomfortable. There are quite a lot of tedious tasks, and you cannot sit idle when there is nothing to do—you must find something to work on and pretend to be busy. You cannot use your personal phone, otherwise the supervisor will see it on the surveillance cameras and reprimand you. This is somewhat inflexible. Overall, there are good supervisors as well as nagging part-time workers. There are many miscellaneous tasks, and people compete for credit, so the work atmosphere does not feel very good.

A truly awful company. The boss is stingy, some employees got in through connections, colleagues take credit for each other's performance, talk badly about one another behind their backs, and there are many other problems. Not recommended.
