It was actually okay, and felt pretty similar to interviews at most companies. They spoke very nicely in person, then sent an email brushing me off with some inexplicable reason.
The female HR manager who conducted the interview was very nice.
The male manager who conducted the interview was unprofessional and rude.
If you interview off-site, you might get a free drink!
1. The interviewer lacked expertise in the role being interviewed for and did not seem to know how to assess the company’s own needs.
2. They seemed eager to end the interview quickly; it was unclear whether they were gathering information or judging people by their appearance.
3. They did not seem to understand what the company does and showed no intention of introducing it.

The interviewer was very disrespectful toward the candidate and clearly seemed to be in a hurry to wrap things up hastily. The conversation also lacked any focus. A bizarre company—you can save yourself the time and not bother submitting an application.
