NT$3,000 of the salary structure consists of a perfect attendance bonus.

You cannot receive the perfect attendance bonus for the month you resign either (reason: you did not work the full month).

If you complete three years of service, your annual leave is one day more than required by the Labor Standards Act.

However, the three days of leave granted after six months are withheld; you must complete one year of service to receive 10 days of leave (and it suddenly became an anniversary-based system, with leave granted proportionally).
