Salaries are frequently calculated incorrectly, and some managers even shamelessly claim that this is a good company and that the company will definitely make up the difference next month. Yet the back pay is still incorrect. There is no meal allowance for overtime past 19:30. One senior executive drives an imported Lexus SUV to work every day and is well-off, yet is very stingy with employees. They also often say that young people nowadays can't handle hardship and boast about how capable they were in the past. Turnover is extremely high. Although the company claims to be publicly listed, it has no management system. Anyone considering joining should think very carefully.

Throughout the entire process from the interview to the job offer, it was completely unclear what this company actually does.
When asked about benefits, HR could not answer; when asked about the job responsibilities, they also hesitated and said they would need to confirm. They initially said that a notification would be sent after I was accepted,
but later said the documents had to go through the approval process again.
When I asked during the second-round interview how long it would take to receive notification, the manager actually said they would ask HR next week whether I had been accepted.......
No wonder the turnover rate is high. I advise anyone planning to interview here not to waste their time. The impression was extremely poor: the company seemed unprofessional and disrespectful, and the entire process was a complete mess.
