The job posting said it was for a social media marketing planner, but I only found out during the interview that it was with the product marketing team.
I clearly stated on my résumé that I had no experience, yet they invited me to interview despite the posting requiring more than two years of experience. Then they asked me a bunch of highly specialized questions, showing they hadn't seriously reviewed my résumé at all.
They asked me how I would use social media to improve product customer retention. I asked what the company's current primary direction for social media execution was.
They said, “I'm asking you now, not the other way around.”
Extremely arrogant.
The responsibilities and authority for the internal position were unclear. The JD clearly only mentioned posting and managing social media, yet the role required product growth work as well.
The interview felt like an interrogation rather than a two-way conversation.
And they're a human resources company, of all places.
A guaranteed year-end bonus of two months’ salary, and they provide you with a company mobile phone. I’m not sure whether these are basic benefits or slight advantages.
I applied for a recruitment consultant position, whose job is to help companies find job candidates. The salary listed on 104 based on education and experience was NT$28,000–40,000. At the interview, I learned that the employer’s maximum budget was only NT$32,000—then it was up to me whether I wanted it. It makes me wonder why they asked about my expected salary in the first place. They also asked whether I wanted to work in Zhongli or Taoyuan. Most people would choose the location closer to home, but then the supervisor looked awkward because the opening was in Zhongli. They could have simply made the conditions clear from the beginning instead of pretending to ask the supervisor and wasting everyone’s time. The Zhongli workplace is very run-down and old-fashioned.

Hehe
I'm dying laughing.
This temp agency has a bunch of jobs that are unbelievably awful.
When they post job openings, they don't clearly state which company you'll be assigned to.
They only say it's at some industrial park and mention a bus route or two.
Who would know which company it is?
You have to go to the interview to find out which company it is.
What do they take people for??
Are they selling pork?
