A position like a food service assistant is basically a shitty job that anyone can replace you in, so the turnover rate is extremely high.
The food service industry is already relatively tough, and the pay is just the minimum hourly wage, with no other benefits whatsoever.
On top of that, they make employees pay labor and health insurance premiums out of pocket, and they won't even cover them when an accident occurs!
1. Does not make job applicants wait too long
2. There is a separate interview location, rather than conducting interviews directly at the restaurant as before, so operations are less affected.
3. The company has a job application form.
4. They carefully record applicants’ information.
1. The salary differs from what was posted online.
Actual salary: 23,000 + 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus
After passing the evaluation, full-time Level 1: +2,000
Level 2: an additional 2,000; supervisors: an additional 1,000
The salary is actually not very high—somewhere in the middle.
(I heard that overtime is paid, but you’ll only know for sure after actually working there.)
2. Days off are not allowed on Saturdays or Sundays, so those who prefer holidays off should consider this.
3. The rules are relatively strict. This is not necessarily a bad thing, since it is a chain restaurant.
4.
Originally, during the interview, they said: “We will notify you whether you are hired.”
In reality, they did not notify me whether I was hired or not.
Not keeping their word is really disappointing.
