The manager is emotional and uses extremely harsh language when scolding people. The bags break down very easily. Even though we’re salespeople, there’s a ton of paperwork to do, and we still have to write reports after work. We even have to listen to the manager scold us late at night. When we make mistakes, they don’t teach us—they just scold us. They completely disregard customers’ feelings and opinions. There’s no future here, because promotions seem to depend on the manager’s mood. Luckily, I’ve escaped this hell. They can’t even retain new employees. Ridiculous.

You are constantly monitored and have to keep finding things to do. You must clock in 15 minutes early—otherwise, you will be labeled late, late, late!!
