The work is diverse. Through the courses, you can get to know the teachers and students, and you can also sit in on a class of your choice.
1. There is very little structure internally, and shifts are scheduled chaotically. If you want to slack off, you are very welcome here, because some colleagues only come in two days a week and nothing happens.
2. The supervisors may prefer colleagues who are obedient, so people who are too capable really are not suited to stay here; otherwise, their own thinking may also be affected.
3. Everyone who has stayed here for a long time has had their values extremely distorted. All I can say is that they use the slogans of educational ideals, but what they do is an entirely different matter.
4. The turnover rate is extremely high; some people leave after working here for less than a month. Once you join, no one will properly train you either—you can only figure things out on your own.
5. The office is completely disorganized.
