Although the company only got started in 2014, it has its own technology. Last year, it also shifted from cloud services to the Internet of Things. Its business model is very unique and has a lot of potential. In addition, the boss is very cosmopolitan, a really nice person, and very willing to give people opportunities. You can learn a lot here. You can pursue the things you want to accomplish. The company demands professionalism when it comes to completing projects, but it also strongly encourages you to develop things on your own. The key is being able to solve problems well and respond to changes in the industry. Basically, as long as you can get things done properly and on time, you have a great deal of freedom and room to work in every aspect. The compensation is not bad either.
The colleagues are all really easy to get along with, and everyone works well together. Completing a very new project together gives you a real sense of excitement. There are foreigners at the company, so meetings are conducted in a mix of Chinese and English, which gives you plenty of opportunities to practice your English.
Although I had to leave the company for career-planning reasons, this is the happiest and most rewarding job I have had since I started working, so I felt I definitely had to come here and write about it. (I also want to clear up the company’s reputation a bit regarding the negative reviews previously posted on PTT—we were all quite upset about them; it really was a huge misunderstanding...)
