The company’s interior is very shabby and dimly lit, and it is right next to someone’s residence. It feels like this company could shut down at any time.

Quick replies; the conversation was not bad.
The salary range listed on the job bank was 45k–80k, but after the interview they were only willing to offer 28k (including additional stock, totaling 31k). Is this compensation for hiring an engineer?
The person conducting the interview said that income from taking shifts through the app would not be taxed.
There is no labor or health insurance or group insurance, and they still take a 20% cut. The app is very difficult to use, and the office is very run-down. They shift all the responsibility onto the home-care workers, making it sound as though the platform has no responsibility at all. After joining the platform, no one made any bookings for a long time. The person contacted by phone had a very poor attitude. I could not get any shifts at all, and I do not know whether my personal information was obtained fraudulently!
