1. This is a terrible company; it offers no benefits whatsoever, such as bonuses for the three major holidays or year-end bonuses.
2. The manager in central Taiwan loves deceiving people and uses various sales pitches to trick you into joining the company.
3. They even dare not to comply with the Labor Standards Act regarding annual leave. They will never give it to you unless you say you want to collect evidence, and they will tell you that it was already mentioned during the interview.
4. The courses are terrible. They buy psychology courses from mainland China for students to take, yet sell them at very high prices. You will feel guilty selling them.
Poor benefits, lots of work, no year-end bonus, and no overtime pay. New employees are even required to have every other week off. Annual leave also does not comply with regulations; after one full year, employees are given only three days of annual leave. Taking leave or compensatory time off also depends on the boss’s mood.
The boss’s famous saying is: “The company has its own company law. If everything followed the Labor Standards Act, how would the company make money?”
