Malicious dismissals — Within my first week of employment, there were repeated cases of people being guided by the company into signing voluntary resignation forms without any reasonable justification. At least seven people were affected. Starting from my second day at work, the company laid people off every day, without even giving a reason. When they saw someone who seemed unlikely to resist, they became even more aggressive.
2. Half-deception — They exaggeratedly and arrogantly claimed to have already partnered with well-known brand channels, but that was simply a lie. You will know the whole situation as soon as you join the company.
3. Work processes — They were extremely chaotic, and no one had any idea what they were doing. Because people were constantly being laid off, the employees who remained had no mood to work properly, and everyone was anxious every day.
