The specification document doesn’t even include the basic screens. RD has to build a first version from scratch, and SA just pastes screenshots.
There is no overtime pay.
When customers make requests, they don’t ask any questions and directly tell RD to make the changes.

The managers just pass the buck to one another. Overtime work, with no overtime pay. To them, employees are just dogs.
