Pros
Do whatever you want~ There are snacks to buy, and sometimes when the boss is happy, you don't have to work and can go sing karaoke.
Cons
There is no guaranteed year-end bonus, and the monthly salary is low (everyone is sharing the hardship). Outsourced bank projects come with unreasonable requirements across the board.
