They are all burning their lives making television programs
But I don't want all my weekday time to consist only of work
By the time I get home, it's time to sleep
Then I have to get up and go to work again in the morning
I honestly can't think of any.
There is no overtime pay for working extra hours, and working until the early hours of the morning is common. If you don't clock in on time the next day, they still deduct money from your pay. Turnover is high, and there are definite gaps in the handover of work. Newcomers are forced to get up to speed, resulting in people with no expertise leading those who do.
Overall, it's a grueling, exploitative job that demands sacrificing your health. Not recommended.
