Received an interview invitation from your company through 104, with the interview time scheduled by your company. Since I already had plans during the time slot arranged by the company, I replied by email to ask whether the time could be changed, but received no response for two days.
Out of courtesy, I took the initiative to contact you by phone, only to be met with the other party's arrogant tone: “Oh, no, that's not possible. We only have this time.”
Sigh. You sent the invitation yourselves, so there was no need to be so arrogant, was there? The experience was “extremely poor.”

They did not notify me beforehand that it would be a group interview. I only found out when I arrived that two people would be interviewed together. We glanced at each other; the other person was quite pretty. After waiting for a while, the interviewer finally arrived and immediately asked about our qualifications. Mine were more extensive, while the other person's were more limited. They did not look at my résumé, and only spent about a minute looking at my portfolio. It was quite obvious that they looked me up and down, then said directly, “You’re not the person I’m looking for. Please leave.” It is an environment that shows very little respect for designers. If you are sensitive, it would probably be better not to apply for an interview there.
Flexible working hours
During the interview, I was asked what my zodiac sign was.
I was notified on the spot that I could start work the next day (and was also asked to run errands and move things).
After I joined, two other new hires had already been hired (and had seats).
There was no seat for me, so I could only squeeze into the storage meeting room.
When the other new hires arrived, they were immediately enrolled in labor insurance and given a complete handover of their cases.
But when I joined, not only was there no seat, no one gave me a complete handover or enrolled me in labor insurance.
After a three-day trial period during which I helped with miscellaneous tasks for some cases,
I was directly told that I no longer needed to come to work.
When I asked about the pay for the trial period, my messages were left unread and unanswered.
The experience felt terrible.
1. The position applied for was designer, and the interview took place at an art gallery. The space was clean and bright.
2. Interviews were conducted one-on-one in the order of arrival. The situation at the time was not as crowded as described by previous interviewees; before I arrived, only five people were waiting. Those who had not yet been interviewed sat on chairs in the gallery and waited.
1. Judging by appearance, all the chairs at the site were occupied, and the space could probably accommodate only eight people. If, as mentioned in the reviews above, the company really planned to have so many people come for interviews at the same time, it should have scheduled and arranged the times properly instead of cramming interviewees together. Failing to give designers sufficient time and space to present their work is simply an unsuccessful way to conduct interviews. At the time, the interviewer was also scrolling through their phone. If one side cannot be fully focused, how can they properly listen to the design concepts behind the work?
2. During the interview, I was asked whether I could create the works shown on the company’s website. Since food packaging is an area I specialize in, I answered that it would not be a problem. The interviewer then asked when I could start work. Since I was unemployed at the time, I answered that I could start anytime. They then said that I could go straight upstairs and start working immediately. Although it sounded like I had been hired on the spot, they did not proactively tell me anything about the job duties or benefits. They only asked about my previous salary and then offered NT$30,000. Saying I could start work based solely on these two questions felt extremely perfunctory. Also, in my personal impression, the interviewer came across as frivolous. To notify me about whether I could start work, they asked for my LINE instead of giving me a business card. Put nicely, they were casual; put less nicely, they were careless. The interviewees who had finished before me were still waiting outside to ask when they would know the results. Apparently, they had not even proactively told them when they would receive a response about their applications.
3. Basic matters such as benefits, working hours, and the salary structure all had to be asked about by the interviewee; the interviewer would not proactively explain them.
4. The interviewer asked what my zodiac sign was. They were a Taurus, although I do not know what this question had to do with the job. Categorizing whether they liked a job applicant based solely on 12 personality types makes me wonder whether, after formally starting work, they would also want to compare our birth charts, haha.
5. Because I politely declined the request to start work immediately, they asked me to give them an answer the next day. I kept my promise and replied to their LINE message the following day, but it was read without a response. However, I did receive a phone call from one of their employees. I called back and directly told them that I would be unable to go, so I do not know whether they had been calling to ask about this matter.
Summary: Using LINE as the method of communication made the process feel informal, especially since I was not yet an official employee. I did not have much of an impression otherwise. The benefits information on 104 was written very briefly. Being told that I could go straight to work immediately did not make me happy; instead, it felt quite abrupt. They did not even ask whether I had other plans, which felt very disrespectful. At that point, I treated this company as a place to gain experience. If you just want to chat, you can go there.

After telling the receptionist that I was there for an interview, I realized that everyone gathered there was also an interviewee.
The receptionist arrogantly said that the first six people to arrive could go in for the interview.
At that moment, I thought to myself: Is this a selection process for the imperial harem? This is far too humiliating for designers!
Even if you intend to conduct group interviews, shouldn't the interview format be communicated to job seekers in advance?
Since I entered the workforce, I have never seen a company interview six people together.
Is it really possible to discuss portfolios properly with six people interviewing at the same time?
I don't understand. This company is not particularly large, so was it necessary to put on such airs?
For a design position, if you do not speak with candidates one-on-one and take the time to get to know them, how can you understand each designer's characteristics?
Therefore, twenty minutes after the agreed-upon interview time had passed,
I sat with several other interviewees who had not yet gone in, sweating profusely in the exhibition area, where even the air conditioning had not been turned on.
A designer's value should not be trampled on like this, so I pushed open the door and left without looking back.
I only want to share this information with everyone interested in this company.
Designers have their own value and dignity.
There is no need to let a company that conducts group interviews and does not respect you determine your worth!

The interview process made me feel that the interviewer showed very little respect for candidates.
During the phone call, the interview was originally scheduled for Monday, but because I couldn't make it, I asked to change the time. The other party suggested Saturday, saying that I could come anytime between 12:00 and 17:00. The location was inside an exhibition venue at the TWTC.
I felt that this time range was too broad, so I arranged to arrive at 13:00 and asked whether I needed to bring anything to the interview. The other party only replied that I should bring a portfolio.
When I arrived at the other party's exhibition area, there were three people there, one of whom was the main interviewer.
They did not introduce their company or the job duties. Instead, they asked me what my zodiac sign was and said which zodiac sign they liked best, because the person sitting next to them was an expert on that sign and could explain it to them.
They then asked whether I had brought a hard-copy résumé. Because I had only brought my portfolio after confirming by phone, the other party mocked me, saying that I was too incompetent and asking how someone of this zodiac sign could be so incompetent. They said that, since I was so incompetent, they couldn't offer me the salary I expected.
At the end, they took out their own notebook to write in and were very proud that they remembered my name. It seemed that they only suddenly remembered that they had not yet explained the job duties when the interview was almost over. After casually explaining the responsibilities, they ended the interview. The explanation was unclear, and the vacation and benefits policies were also unclear.
I felt that they were not genuinely looking for someone and that they had simply wasted an entire afternoon.
I don't know whether there were any other people working at the company besides the three I saw that day.

I received a notification on 104 asking me to call the other party back to confirm the interview time. I called, and they confirmed with me whether I could come to the company for an interview the following Monday.
However, I had already made other arrangements for Monday, so I asked to change the time. Unexpectedly, they rather abruptly asked whether I could come for the interview that day (Friday) or the next day (Saturday).
Moreover, the interview location was at a certain exhibition venue at the Taipei World Trade Center (and a ticket was required to enter). The time was not clearly specified; they simply said I could come for the interview anytime between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m.
(I could sense from the phone call that they were speaking hurriedly and in an urgent tone, so I had some difficulty hearing what they were saying. I specifically confirmed the time and location with them twice.)
The whole process felt quite inexplicable. I felt that agreeing to the invitation on such short notice was a bit rushed, so I agreed to go on Saturday, and then the call ended just like that.
On Saturday, I went to the venue for the interview sometime between 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m., as they had said. I arrived at approximately 4:20–4:30 p.m.
When I got to the Taipei World Trade Center, however, they canceled the interview on the grounds that they had already left the venue.
(From their conversation with other people on the phone, it sounded like they were in the process of dismantling their exhibition booth.)
I just found the whole thing extremely absurd and abrupt.
The time arrangement was unclear, it was on a weekend, and the location was inside an exhibition venue that required an admission fee.
Since this was related to work, why would they schedule the interview during an exhibition?
I felt that something was strange from the beginning, but since I had already agreed to go, I felt I had to honor the appointment.
In the end, they stood me up, which felt really awful.
The whole process made it clear that they did not respect employees.
I feel that even if I joined this company, the working conditions probably would not be very good.
It felt as though they treated employees like disposable chopsticks.
