They replied very quickly after I submitted my résumé.

There were an absurd number of questions before the interview (25 questions asking you to answer briefly, even though they were impossible to answer briefly).

They also asked you to create an advertisement, write a blog article, and draft a Facebook post.

(I will definitely check whether they secretly use my work.)

After finally finishing everything, they did not even reply......

It made me feel extremely disrespected, as if I was being exploited before I had even started working there......

The quality of the editors/freelancers they hired themselves was also very poor.

I have no idea what standards they think are so high. After seeing people say that the salary they offer is very low, I am not surprised at all.
