The company promotes a no-overtime culture!!

Basically, the interview didn’t include any particularly tricky questions,
and the whole process was especially smooth and pleasant :)
The interviewer and manager both seemed very easy to get along with, the work environment was beautiful, and the benefits were also pretty good.
Parking is difficult to find nearby.
The interview process took about two hours (including filling out paperwork).

The office environment and atmosphere are fairly good, and colleagues generally get along well (as long as you’re not personally antisocial).
The leave policy follows the Labor Standards Act, with public holidays off.
Employee trips: Subsidies are provided based on seniority. In previous years, the trips were always overseas; this year, they will alternate between domestic and overseas destinations.
Departmental and company gatherings or meals are held during festivals (though these seem to be becoming less frequent).
Birthday bonus, bonuses for the three major festivals, and year-end bonus (based on individual performance evaluations).
The company seems to lack a clear direction for future development.
The criteria for salary increases and year-end bonuses are unclear (the official response is that they are primarily based on performance evaluations).
No overtime pay or compensatory leave is provided for overtime work.
If commuting by scooter to the commercial offices in the Q7 district, it is difficult to find a parking space.
The office is spacious and bright. There is training, with education specialists coming to teach classes, interspersed with videos. They are willing to hire newcomers, but you must pass the probationary period. At the end of the probationary period, there is a test, and you can become a regular employee only after passing it.
HR took great care in introducing the company and answered all of my questions without avoiding any of them, but the interview was a bit long.
I did not pass the test after the probationary period.
Pros
I am a former employee.
Those with a good and conscientious work attitude can survive here.
The company environment is also quite good.
The atmosphere at work is fairly pleasant.
It is a company with a lot of human warmth.
At the time, I resigned because I disagreed with some of the company’s practices or management.
I was so upset that I chose to leave.
After resigning, when I looked back and often talked with other people, I realized that
many things were simply misunderstandings on my part, and that I had looked at things from too narrow a perspective.
To be honest, I regret it somewhat.
However, for those who only care about who does more and who does less, this place is probably not suitable.
Some supervisors’ abilities need improvement, but there are still some very capable supervisors.
There is high demand for nearby parking (motorcycles), so it is difficult to find a parking space.
The workplace has excellent décor and feels very comfortable as soon as you walk in.
Then there is a written test with questions similar to intelligence and logic tests,
followed by interviews with HR and the manager. The conversations were all quite pleasant!
The advice they gave was also very direct and practical, and the whole process went fairly smoothly.

Terrible, especially in the marketing department. Even if you have real ability, you’ll only be targeted and undermined, unless you’re very good at flattering your superiors.
Good environment, with many beautiful women (the supervisors/HR select people based on their looks).
The colleagues are nice and attractive, but some will also stab you in the back behind the scenes.
The overall turnover rate is high.
Salaries are not reported truthfully for insurance purposes; the insured amount is set at the minimum.
Benefits: getting worse and worse...

Promotions/raises: unless you are the boss’s favorite, almost no one else gets a salary adjustment.
Overall review — This is a company that does not offer employees future development.
Its benefits are very stingy by the standards of the gaming industry; it is not worth joining.
Although some departments are very toxic, the company environment is genuinely good.
Some people in the company seem nice on the surface, but in reality they will stab you in the back behind the scenes. It’s quite frightening.
If you just want to focus on coming to work, concentrate on your job, and do your own thing, I really don’t recommend this place for you.
If you’re in customer service, it’s relatively easy… physically, at least.
The other departments are all under quite a lot of pressure, especially Marketing and Graphic Design.
The Systems Department is stressful, but the pay is quite high.
This company has changed its name. The previous company has already been dissolved, but it was merely a change of name and location (previously at the intersection of Wanquan West Road and Shizheng Road in Nantun); the people have not changed.
The company operates a gambling platform. The upper management is basically all family members. After all, there is a high risk in letting outsiders get involved in this kind of business. If you want to stay at this company long-term, becoming a junior manager is probably the highest you can go; it’s impossible to enter the core group.
The company uses Skype to handle all kinds of business matters and communication, and all conversations are monitored by the company. Be careful what you say.
