Administrative assistant
This is the position currently advertised (July 2019).
The scope of duties is extremely broad.
The salary offered is NT$23,100–27,000.
1. Must be able to use AI drawing software and handle digital output.
2. General computer document processing and report compilation.
3. Responsible for coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes.
4. Responsible for expense estimation, control, and reimbursement matters.
5. Receive visitors and prepare the meeting room and refreshments.
6. Responsible for purchasing, distributing, and managing office supplies.
7. Cleaning and maintenance of the office environment and equipment.
8. Other ad hoc assignments or departmental support.
There are simply too many tasks.
Besides their own work, the boss keeps adding numerous extra tasks.
Even during regular working hours, you have to help handle all kinds of miscellaneous matters.
There is no organization in the way things are done; it often feels like working around like a headless fly.
