After I filled out the information, the interview conversation felt perfunctory.
It was quite a waste of time; it felt like it was just to help HR meet their performance targets.
If the commute isn’t far and you happen to have some free time, then go for the interview.
The reception desk offered drinks during the interview.
The interview process did not feel very professional. They said they would let me know within the week about the time for a second interview, so I waited for their notification,
only for them to drag it out past the deadline and then casually give a reason, saying I did not meet the qualifications and would not be scheduled for a second interview.

There is no year-end bonus in the first year, but it is a workplace where young people with drive and ideals can strive. However, you should be prepared to be bullied.
During my first interview for a managerial position, HR said I would receive a manager-level salary. However, when I was confirmed as hired during the second interview, they said that NT$3,000 would first be deducted during the three-month probationary period (there is no probationary period at my current job). After working there for five months, I discovered that the deduction had not been restored. I asked HR to inquire with their supervisor, but HR was harshly turned away and severely scolded, and the matter was ultimately dropped.
Most of this company's computers still use DDR2 or DDR3 and are more than a decade old; the operating system is at the level of Windows 7. Every department complains that the computers are too poor, but no one dares to submit a purchase request for new computers because the boss will reject it and scold them.
Some departments have very high turnover, while others have people who stay for a long time.

2. I wasted a day off only to be belittled. If you're going, be prepared to be put down.
3. A company with this level of capital has no need to look down on someone's current employer. Each industry has its own characteristics, and being compared this way was very unpleasant.

I really agree that HR is unprofessional. I seriously suspect that they came to HR halfway through their career rather than being a long-term HR professional.
The general manager wants everyone at headquarters to work overtime and learn from Japan—not to go home too early. Anyone considering joining should take this into account.

Moreover, after learning more about the position, I discovered that it differed significantly from the job description posted on 104.
During the conversation, I felt that this company’s way of doing things was somewhat old-fashioned.
The actual job responsibilities differed from the description, and I immediately felt that I had wasted my trip.
An interview should be an important process for both the employer and the employee to get to know each other.
I asked all sorts of questions but still could not get any clear answers.
And I had to wait around for an entire hour.
Filling out forms + taking tests + waiting + the interview = three hours of my life wasted.
The decor is pretty good.
HR was more than 20 minutes late. During the interview, they looked extremely sour and acted very self-important. They only casually flipped through the portfolio I brought and clearly had no idea why I had come all the way there to waste my time.

HR looked sleep-deprived and had a very poor attitude. They also didn’t understand the areas being discussed in the interview with the candidate. Most importantly, they treated the job seeker dismissively.

The HR representative had a terrible attitude and was disrespectful. No matter what I answered, they looked disdainful and kept talking back. If you apply for a management trainee position, isn’t it because you want to be promoted to store manager? Yet they kept asking why I wanted to move up, and said that part-time workers might even earn more than full-time employees. If that’s the case, the company should be reviewing its practices. Perhaps the company doesn’t want ambitious employees. During the interview, they only asked me to introduce myself; HR didn’t even explain the company’s benefits, salary, or basic information, and simply asked, “Do you have any other questions?” I was completely stunned. They hadn’t explained anything. This was the first time I had ever encountered an interview conducted this way by HR at a large company.

At first, I thought this office was quite beautiful, but that feeling lasted only for a moment.
After the interviewer came in, they started asking questions while holding the company's productions: How long would it take to make this? How long would printing take? What materials are used? If every store needs to receive it within XX days, when would it have to be completed? After I answered, they started criticizing me for being too slow and taking too long, saying there wasn't enough time... I genuinely felt that the attempt to exploit people was far too obvious, and I truly felt heartbroken for the people who were working there at the time. The key point is that they couldn't even afford to pay decent salaries...
After the interview, every time I saw one of their stores, I felt overcome with sadness. Their reputation was truly built on blood and sweat.
Oh, right... the interviewer even bragged about how much money they made from taking on outside freelance work. It really shows how miserable the salary offered by the company must be.
The people at the top cannot tolerate the opinions of professional staff, believing that they themselves are geniuses proficient in all 18 martial arts. You will experience what it means to work in an environment where there is virtually no room to exercise your professional expertise, and you can only put your head down and carry out absurd demands. The turnover rate is frighteningly high. Anyone considering working there should think twice. Oh, and there are almost no benefits. Thank you.
