The floor environment is clean

Basically, it’s a call center. They don’t ask about your qualifications, and the starting salary is low, so… everyone gets what they need.

Pros
The environment is clean and tidy, and you leave work on time.
Some managers are very patient and attentive when training new employees.
Cons
Subtle factions among the managers.
Some managers also like to nitpick and report people.
There is a lot of pressure when taking leave. They will not directly prohibit you from taking leave, but you will actually be viewed negatively for it.
The perfect-attendance policy is very... subtle.
