Do the things they like..
I don't know why they're getting better and better at pretending nothing happened..
The company is small.
The atmosphere isn't very good.
The packaging looks good, but the contents aren’t necessarily tasty.
Choosing the right supervisor is more important than choosing the right company
Choosing the right colleagues is more important than choosing the right company

You can shower at the company, and there’s a sofa.
The environment is emotionally volatile, the hours are long, the pay is terrible, and there are no SOPs. Success is the only option; failure is not tolerated. They’re constantly looking for people. Respect is nonexistent, and if they’re unhappy, they’ll target people with sarcastic remarks. You don’t need to put yourself down.
Industrial-style design environment
The atmosphere.....is not very good..
Constant overtime..with no overtime pay...
There is often someone who seems emotionally unstable...with impaired memory...speaking incoherently and without getting to the point...when explaining things..
Most importantly, there is also a colleague who spends all day making others feel good about themselves, copying things back and forth and sneaking peeks at other people's screens, as if afraid someone might surpass them (apparently an inexplicable, deeply insecure parachuted-in employee).
I heard that several employees left at once before. As for the salary, don't even get me started~~

The company atmosphere doesn’t seem very good. The interview went fairly well, and personally, I thought the work was just average. It feels like a company where you’d need to work overtime for long periods. The company is made up of young people. What’s curious is that it actually has three bosses. If you’ve been working for a few years, evaluate it carefully for yourself!
