Pros
The work environment is quite comfortable; apart from the boss, everyone gets along well.
Cons
The boss is moody. When in a bad mood, they have all kinds of criticisms, and when you discuss work matters, they call it chatting. When you are extremely busy, they say you are not helping your colleagues. Completely unreasonable.
