The interviewer was arrogant.
After I stated my salary and compensation expectations, they sarcastically said things like, “So you were able to accept a lower figure before—why can’t you now?”

The interview took at least two hours.
1. This company is quite fun, and working hours are very flexible and relaxed. Everyone gradually arrives at the office around 9–10 a.m., but some people have even more freedom and may not arrive until after 11 a.m. or even in the afternoon. It’s very enviable.
