The salary starts at the minimum wage, with only an additional NT$1,000–2,000. Including overtime pay, it will not exceed NT$40,000. Actual engineers elsewhere earn 1–2 times what they do here.

Sometimes salaries cannot be paid because the boss uses the project funds for personal expenses.

I worked there for half a year to gain experience. There were no benefits, and I attended one company banquet (I heard there had not been one in previous years).

Overall impression: Even working at 50 Lan and drinking bubble tea until you need dialysis would be more worthwhile.
