Simply put, this is a small company that does cloud-based invoicing. There are no workplace rules; everything is decided by the BOSS.
The final interview may be with the BOSS. The BOSS seems to have room for improvement when it comes to interviewing. The benefits look like they might be very good: taking leave does not result in a salary deduction, and there are gifts or bonuses for the three major traditional festivals. However... so far... haha. It looks like there are good benefits, but there are no rules and no contract is signed. Great, great, great—the BOSS is amazing.
Overall work experience: If you do not require benefits, it is okay.
The salary is only the base salary; there is no meal allowance, but labor and health insurance are provided. As for raises, based on what a former colleague said, it seems... haha. Do not expect too much.
The coworkers are all very nice.
Unexpectedly
One of the men seemed to be the CTO. Anyway, he was the interviewer with a very sour expression, somewhat dark circles under his eyes, and a face that looked like he hadn’t slept enough. The way he spoke was really aggressive! He seemed to love arguing; listening to him talk felt like being transported back to elementary school, bickering with classmates... Quite unreasonable and argumentative... Everything he said felt like he was picking a fight... Then there was the older, very fat manager, whose way of speaking was somewhat flippant~

One interviewer had an extremely bad attitude! A somewhat downcast-looking man, the type who always has a sour expression, apparently in his thirties. He was probably a technical manager? He harshly criticized anyone whose opinions or ideas differed from his. He was a classless person, and kept flying into rages like a little child. I couldn't be bothered to take him seriously; I really don't know what he was getting so worked up about. It was hilarious....
The other overweight, middle-aged manager was okay, and somewhat gentler.
