After you leave the company, they will arbitrarily write “subject to a non-compete obligation after leaving the company” on your certificate of employment termination.
As a result, it took mediation by the court to confirm that no non-compete clause had ever been signed at all—it was completely an improper annotation.

If you live in Zhubei, the location is very convenient.
The company’s strategy is constantly changing. Products are released too early. They care more about image than product quality. Leadership is always lying. They claim to be a company larger than they actually are. There is little room for growth, and the pay is low.
At the scheduled time for the online interview, no one showed up at all. No one replied to my email either. This is the first time I've encountered such an outrageous company—it's absolutely ridiculous and shows zero respect.

No one guides new hires. Once you join, you’re left to fend for yourself. You’re often assigned to do one thing and then another, so you never learn anything thoroughly. The long-time employees inside don’t have much technical expertise either and can’t teach you. The salary is also laughable.
The salary is just average,
The boss's ideas are wildly imaginative, the working hours are long with no overtime pay, the work environment has low morale, and the low ceiling feels oppressive
There isn’t too much pressure at work, and no one really oversees you.
When I applied, I was misled by the 104 job advertisement into thinking it was a Dutch company, but it is actually a Taiwanese company. The boss doesn’t really respect employees either, arbitrarily transferring them between departments and changing their job responsibilities. The products themselves also have many problems.
