Too many drawbacks

The company has changed its name to Taiwan Eslite Co., Ltd.

Head office — Most of the senior managers in the main departments have been with the company for more than ten years. Each one acts as the boss’s eyes and ears, doing their utmost to exploit and manage lower-level employees. Positions such as director and deputy director are merely nominal; they are only used to placate employees with one to three years of seniority (because turnover is high). The company culture is all about flattery and smooth talk. The managers inside spread rumors recklessly to suppress employees. The managers in every department have capability issues, and their methods have created a poor atmosphere in the company, causing many employees to experience stress-related hair loss or alopecia areata!

Unless you are a fighting dog or a drama major who graduated as a professional actor, I do not recommend that anyone go there to put themselves through this abuse!

The only thing I can think of is that the office environment is okay?

An open-plan space, with a management style and atmosphere reminiscent of North Korea.

Be careful! The company's senior managers and long-timers not only monitor every employee at work,

but also keep an eye on employees' private Facebook and Instagram accounts.

As long as you mention anything about the company on private social media, they will immediately contact you about it...........

For young people who want to work hard and develop their careers, this company is not suitable!!!!!
