The environment is clean
HR was very polite, but later I interviewed with a different manager. As soon as the manager came through the door, they gave my shoes and clothing a sideways glance (?). Once the interview started, I found that the manager was very talkative and chatted for a long time (sweat). It took nearly two hours. Oh, right! Before the interview, they ask you to complete an online personality test. In the end, I wasn't hired. It was extremely frustrating and a waste of time. Judging by the manager's attitude, it also feels like a company with little structure. The offered salary included a meal allowance of 2,400, with a welfare fund deduction and a perfect-attendance bonus of 1,000, paid in two installments of 500 for the first and second halves of the month. If you are late during the first half, you still get the 500 for the second half.
