1- Most colleagues are young and easy to get along with
2- Training is provided, so you can learn quite a lot
3- New employees have four reports to complete within their first three months. Although it is tiring, you can learn quite a lot
4- Supervisors are very willing to guide new employees
1- Finishing work after 8–9 p.m. is the norm. In my case, over the long term, it has affected my physical and mental health to some extent
2- Although overtime pay is provided, not every instance of overtime is reported for overtime pay (basically, it is only reported when the supervisor initiates it)

Other than having to work more overtime when there are many projects, I really can't think of any drawbacks~~
