When things are slow, it can be very quiet for long periods with nothing to do (though you may be perceived as lacking initiative).
Office staff work as usual on national holidays without taking time off.
Because it is a small office, relationships among colleagues are very close.
There is no dedicated supervisor for the position; the supervisor and you are responsible for different types of work.
Because of this, you are expected to be able to handle everything related to your role.
It is not suitable as a long-term position, as the salary is difficult to increase and there are no opportunities for advancement.
