1. The company is located behind the Neihu Tai-Pu Building; the environment is acceptable.
2. Before the interview, you are required to fill out a standard form. It is hard to imagine that a company listed on the Emerging Stock Market this June would use a form copied word for word from the HESS Educational Group template found online, changing only the company name and treating it as its own.
3. The job description on 104 differs from what was discussed in the interview, wasting time, money, and paid leave.
4. The interviewing supervisor did not review your résumé. The interview kept going in circles without getting to the point.
5. With the end of the year approaching, as expected, there are not many good openings.
No impression...
Does the company having quite a few PhDs count?
A company founded after the STB program ended... The interviewer even said himself: "Only doctors and PhDs can go there."
In other words, the senior managers are all "either doctors or PhDs."
They posted a job opening to recruit someone... but you can tell from LinkedIn that the company already had this person... The interview also confirmed that they were the "**director."
If they already had someone, why were they still recruiting a manager?
Although the job description may seem limited... anyone with industry experience can see that it actually covers everything...
And many tasks were unrelated to the position and required expertise from other departments... but the interviewer did not explain whether support from other departments would be available.
It seems that this "manager" would have to do everything themselves... both player and referee... both monk and bell-ringer.
Therefore, the expected salary was written as: "The [base salary] for the managerial position requiring the most experience and ability among all the job responsibilities."
That did not even include the expertise required from other departments... I also explained during the interview why I had this salary expectation.
Finally, I received a silent rejection... After 5 days without notifying me of the result, they simply updated the job posting.
