2. The HR representative was polite.
Cons
1. The interview time arrived, but the manager was late, and I waited online for over an hour.
2. At the end of the interview, they said that because there were still other candidates to interview, they planned to let me know the following week whether I could proceed to a second interview.
Then there was no further communication. If they couldn't make a commitment, they shouldn't have agreed so readily.
The company cannot be trusted to honor its commitments regarding recruitment.
