The entire company is filled with relatives and royal connections.
They aren’t very capable at their jobs, yet employees are expected to find ways to overcome difficulties and accommodate the relatives.
They say they’re very busy, but they’re all chatting ^^.
The boss himself is a middle-aged man with trouble making decisions.
He has no sense of direction whatsoever and keeps changing his mind.
He makes a bunch of grand promises, then brushes things off at the end of the year by saying that meeting the targets still didn’t make any money.
The funniest thing about the company is that inventory is recorded manually.
If you ask the warehouse about stock levels, they’ll give you a handwritten note—what an eye-opener.
And as for the year-end bonus, the boss personally hands out red envelopes.
Enjoy the thrill of being treated like the God of Wealth.
But when you open them, there are always a bunch of people rushing to leave after the New Year.
Not only do you not get a raise, they may even cut your salary.
Occasionally working regular hours
Many employees are the owner's relatives; it operates like a family business. The bonuses given for the three major holidays are very stingy. The owner is a middle-aged man whose personality is difficult to describe…
I previously worked there as a graphic designer. Aside from the fact that my salary barely changed after two years, everything else was pretty good. The company atmosphere was nice, and the managers and colleagues were all quite easy to get along with. Most importantly, the design manager was truly wonderful.
(He was a manager surnamed Wang, though I don't know whether he still works there.)
He knew how to lead people and patiently taught us whenever we didn't understand something. He was talented in many areas yet very humble. Basically, even though I was earning that level of salary, I stayed for two years largely because I wanted to learn from him~ He was the best manager I had encountered in my more than five years of working.
Of course, aside from the manager, the company also held monthly birthday celebrations and occasionally arranged employee trips. The bonuses and gifts for the three major holidays were also quite good~ The best part was being able to buy useful cosmetics at employee prices, haha XD
